Brother,

I hope and pray all is well with you and your family today.

"You shall follow the Lord your God and fear Him; and you shall keep His commandments, listen to His voice, serve Him, and cling to Him."  - Deut. 13:4

Nobody comes into this world knowing how to obey. Every parent must invest time and effort in training their children to follow instructions. Learning obedience with God works in a similar way.

We can obey our heavenly Father if we choose to trust Him. If we don’t trust the Lord, we won’t obey Him. Anytime we’re tempted to disobey in a particular area, that’s the point at which we don’t trust Him. The solution is to actively choose to believe that God is who He says He is, and that He will do what He has promised.

We also need to determine to wait upon the Lord in prayer. The first step in making sure that we’re walking in God’s will is to ask Him to show us what He wants for our lives. While seeking the Lord, we should also search the Scriptures for passages that clarify His will and give us guidance. Then we must wait for His instructions and timing. Even when we can’t figure out what God is doing or why He delays, remembering that He knows every aspect of the situation should bring us assurance.

We should walk when the way is not clear. We’ll miss the Lord’s will for our lives if we refuse to take steps of obedience until we know what’s going to happen. None of us can foresee what He will do. Our responsibility is simply to obey Him today, knowing that He holds tomorrow. By faith, Abraham obeyed God’s call even though he didn’t know where he was going. And that’s exactly how we should walk with the Lord. He doesn’t reveal the entire path because with each step into the unknown, He’s strengthening our faith.

When He challenges us to obey, our minds could fill with doubts: Suppose He can’t fix this situation. What if He doesn’t provide enough? When these thoughts come to mind, we must remember that the Lord is always sufficient and adequate for every issue in our lives. Our job is simply to obey Him and then watch Him work out His will in our lives in surprising ways.

If we blame Him for all our troubles, we’re demonstrating that we have not learned obedience. However, if we have an obedient spirit, we’ll recognize our heavenly Father’s discipline as a loving act of protection and respond with gratitude.

Idolatry (following him) looks completely different today from what it once was. Whereas there was a time when idols were inanimate figures and statues, today they can come in various forms. Idolatry is an issue of the heart and can thus only be broken by a transformation of the heart.

God promises that through the power of the cross (following HIM), we are now set free from sinful desires and can find meaning and joy in Jesus Christ where other things will only fail us in trying to provide that.

Obedience is doing what God says, when He says it, how He says it, for whatever reason He says it. There’s no room for passivity when it comes to following the Father. This level of commitment requires our active choice.  So do we choose to follow HIm or him?  I hope and pray we choose to follow HIM today, tomorrow and always.

Please join me in prayer, Lord, thank You for the people You have divinely placed in our life who speak holy truth, love and words of wisdom. Give us a heart of discernment to know when You are using someone to speak instruction into our hearts and our circumstances, and give us the strength and courage to follow through with that advice, even when it’s hard. Fill us with peace in knowing that even if we take a wrong turn, Your purpose will prevail. In Your Holy and Precious Name - AMEN.

Have a blessed and safe day and week.

Brother please remember I am there for in thought, prayer and action - 24x7.

STAY STRONG!

11/8 SCRIPTURES REFUTING ABORTION

Genesis 25:23

The Lord said to her, “[The founders of] two nations are in your womb; And the separation of two nations has begun in your body; The one people shall be stronger than the other; And the older shall serve the younger.”

Psalm 139:13-16 Amplified Bible

13  For You formed my innermost parts;
You knit me [together] in my mother’s womb.
14  I will give thanks and praise to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
Wonderful are Your works,
And my soul knows it very well.
15  My frame was not hidden from You,
When I was being formed in secret,
And intricately and skillfully formed [as if embroidered with many colors] in the depths of the earth.
16  Your eyes have seen my unformed substance;
And in Your book were all written
The days that were appointed for me,
When as yet there was not one of them [even taking shape].

Jeremiah 1:5 Amplified Bible

5  “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you [and approved of you as My chosen instrument],
And before you were born I consecrated you [to Myself as My own];
I have appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”

Ecclesiastes 11:5

Just as you do not know the way and path of the wind or how the bones are formed in the womb of a pregnant woman, even so you do not know the activity of God who makes all things.

Proverbs 6:16-17

Amplified Bible

16  These six things the Lord hates;
Indeed, seven are repulsive to Him:
17  A proud look [the attitude that makes one overestimate oneself and discount others], a lying tongue,
And hands that shed innocent blood,

Job 31:15 Amplified Bible

15 “Did not He who made me in the womb make my servant,
And did not the same One fashion us both in the womb?

Psalm 22:10 Amplified Bible

10  I was cast upon You from birth;
From my mother’s womb You have been my God.

Isaiah 44:2This is what the Lord who made you And formed you from the womb, who will help you says, ‘Fear not, O Jacob My servant; And Jeshurun (Israel, the upright one) whom I have chosen.

Jeremiah 20:17Because he did not kill me before my birth, So that my mother might have been my grave, And her womb always pregnant.

Hosea 12:3In their mother’s womb he took his brother by the heel, And in his maturity he contended with God.

Matthew 19:12For there are eunuchs who have been born that way from their mother’s womb [making them incapable of consummating a marriage]; and there are eunuchs who have been made eunuchs by men [for royal service]; and there are eunuchs who have made themselves so for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. He who is able to accept this, let him accept it.”

Luke 1:15for he will be great and distinguished in the sight of the Lord; and will never drink wine or liquor, and he will be filled with andempowered to act by the Holy Spirit while still in his mother’s womb.

Luke 1:41When Elizabeth heard Mary’s greeting, her baby leaped in her womb; and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit and empowered by Him.

Luke 1:44For behold, when the sound of your greeting reached my ears, the baby in my womb leaped for joy.

Luke 2:21Jesus Presented at the Temple

At the end of eight days, when He was to be circumcised, He was named Jesus, the name given [to Him] by the angel [Gabriel] before He was conceived in the womb.

Luke 23:29

For behold, the days are coming when they will say, ‘Blessed are the barren, and the wombs that have not given birth, and the breasts that have never nursed.

Brother,

I hope and pray all is well with you and your family today.

"On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you."  - John 14:20

There are always two side of everything including both sides of the cross that Jesus died on. Jesus was on one side of the cross and we are on the other side with him when he died. Jesus died for our sin right from the beginning. The sin that Adam and Eve committed in the garden was paid for on the cross when Jesus died. Everyone looks to see Jesus on the cross but never looks to the empty side of the cross where we are right there with him.

The cross had four sides because the wood was cut on all four sides there still is only front and back. The side Jesus was on the back side that was empty. But that is where we are and we are all there looking up to heaven asking God for forgiveness for our sin and sins.

There are two sides of everything. Even right and wrong are two sides of a conversation. Who is right and who is wrong. Our perception of anything is to look at both sides of everything. Like is there a God? Well if there was no God then who created all this? Water, fire, air, plants, people, could not have just happened at any time in history. If that was the case the earth would have blown up years ago or never even existed. I really want you to explain water, fire, anything that is alive and walking around here on earth. How about everything we see here on earth. Man can fix the things that man has made and that means God can fix the many things that God has made.

The perception of God giving away the free Gift of salvation to everyone here on earth is the best gift anyone has ever given out to anyone. The free gift of salvation is the only way we have to get back to heaven through Jesus that died on the cross for our sin.

When Jesus died on the cross his spirit left his body and was and is the Holy Ghost. So Jesus’s spirit is the Holy Ghost that lives within us. When did the union of Jesus and the Holy Ghost take place? It was when John baptized Jesus in the Jordan River.

This is when Jesus and the Holy Ghost became one. When Jesus died on the cross the separation of bod and soul come about. The Body of Jesus went to heaven to be with his father and the soul of Jesus stayed here on earth to life within us for eternity. This is the free gift of salvation is when the Holy Ghost comes in us and now the holy ghost is our guide to live out our lives not alone any longer. Now when we get saved our soul is filled with the holy ghost. This means when the end times comes we who are saved will go to heaven when the time comes.

There are two sides to every story. God will tell you a story and Satan will tell you are story. Now how can you tell them apart? God’s story will come true. Satan’s story is just a story because it will not come true. That is how to tell them apart.

Now the choice is now up to us because now we know the rest of the story. Where will we live forever in smoking or non-smoking the rest of eternity? It is up to us to make a choice now that we know the rest of the story. I hope and pray we make the right decision.

Please join me in prayer, Father God, we praise you for your love and faithfulness towards us. We praise you for being a perfect, holy, trustworthy God that is bigger than all the evil we experience here on earth. We ask that you give us eyes to see when evil is before us, hearts to hate evil and the desire to flee from its presence. We ask that you would not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from evil and draw us closer to you.  We ask all of this in Your Holy and Precious Name - AMEN

Please stay safe and STRONG  out there today, tomorrow and always.

Always remember I am there for you in thought, prayer and action - 24x7.

Have a blessed day and week.

Love Your Brother and Friend in Christ,

Michael

FOR MY OCT. 31st Message:

An Interlude

After this I saw four angels stationed at the four corners of the earth, holding back the [a]four winds of the earth so that no wind would blow on the earth or on the sea or on any tree.Then I saw another angel coming up from the rising of the sun, holding the seal of the living God; and with a loud voice he called out to the four angels to whom it was granted [to have authority and power] to harm the earth and the sea, saying, “Do not harm the earth nor the sea nor the trees until we [b]seal (mark) the bond-servants of our God on their foreheads.”

The 144,000

And I heard how many were sealed, a hundred and forty-four thousand; [twelve thousand] sealed from [c]every tribe of the sons of Israel:

Twelve thousand were sealed from the tribe of Judah, twelve thousand from the tribe of Reuben, twelve thousand from the tribe of Gad,

twelve thousand from the tribe of Asher, twelve thousand from the tribe of Naphtali, twelve thousand from the tribe of Manasseh,

twelve thousand from the tribe of Simeon, twelve thousand from the tribe of Levi, twelve thousand from the tribe of Issachar,

twelve thousand from the tribe of Zebulun, twelve thousand from the tribe of Joseph, and twelve thousand from the tribe of Benjamin were sealed (marked, redeemed, protected).

A Multitude from the Tribulation

After these things I looked, and this is what I saw: a vast multitude which no one could count, [gathered] from every nation and from all the tribes and peoples and languages [of the earth], standing before the throne and before the Lamb (Christ), dressed in white robes, with [d]palm branches in their hands; 10 and in a loud voice they cried out, saying,

“Salvation [belongs] to our God who is seated on the throne, and to the Lamb [our salvation is the Trinity’s to give, and to God the Trinity we owe our deliverance].” 11 And all the angels were standing around the throne and around the [twenty-four] elders and the four living creatures; and they fell to their faces before the throne and worshiped God, 12 saying,

“Amen! Blessing and glory and majesty and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and might belong to our God forever and ever. Amen.”

13 Then one of the elders responded, saying to me, “These who are dressed in the long white robes—who are they, and from where did they come?” 14 I said to him, “My lord, you know [the answer].” And he said to me, “These are the people who come out of the great tribulation (persecution), and they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb [because of His atoning sacrifice]. 15 For this reason, they are [standing] before the throne of God; and they serve Him [in worship] day and night in His temple; and He who sits on the throne will [e]spread His tabernacle over them andshelter and protect them [with His presence]. 16 They will hunger no longer, nor thirst anymore; nor will the sun [f]beat down on them, nor any [scorching] heat; 17 for the Lamb who is in the center of the throne will be their Shepherd, and He will guide them to springs of the waters of life; and God will wipe every tear from their eyes [giving them eternal comfort].”

October 26, 2020

Brother,

I hope and pray all is well with you and your family today.

Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it. — 1 Corinthians 12:27

Having had a few minor surgeries, I’ve grown aware and appreciative of the intertwined complexities of the human body.

Writing to the Corinthians, Paul describes the body of believers in terms of a human body to show how everyone depends on one another. This helps us to understand Christ’s command to love each other. Our differing giftedness is for the common good, not for selfish pursuits or desires.

Early in his letter to the Christians in Corinth, Paul says, “You do not lack any spiritual gift as you eagerly wait for our Lord Jesus” (1 Corinthians 1:7). Every person in the body of Christ is important. And no body part may tell another part that it’s not important. Spiritually gifted believers must use their gifts for the common good.

Unlike other kinds of gifts, a spiritual gift is God-given. Through these gifts, God gives His people the ability to excel in particular areas of ministry in order to serve others and further His kingdom.

Any gift that's left unopened or is disregarded is useless. God gives us specific spiritual gifts as the primary avenue for Him to use us in His church to bless others. Every Christian should watch for opportunities to minister to others, to use their gifts as a blessing and an encouragement to others. Even the newest Christian can serve others.
Spiritual gifts are not meant to draw attention to ourselves. God gives them so we can bless and build up others. If others are not encouraged, honored, built-up, strengthened, equipped, or edified through our gift, or may be serving in the wrong ministry or mis-directing our efforts.

Philippians 2:3-4 challenges us to "do nothing out of rivalry or conceit, but in humility consider others as more important than yourselves. Everyone should look out not only for his own interest, but also for the interests of others."
There have been several people over the years who not only used their gifts effectively but were a gift of God to us and our churches.  I encourage all of us to pray that we would be such a person to others.

With that in mind, we recognize that all followers of Jesus have gifts to be used to contribute to the whole body’s well-being. The Holy Spirit empowers each of us to use our gifts and abilities for the good of others, guiding us to build up the body of Christ.

Please join me in prayer, thank you, Lord, for teaching us that everyone in the body of Christ is important. Help us to know and appreciate our gifts so that we may use them to help others and glorify you.  Help us to understand and us our spiritual gifts to bring honor and glory to You and Your people.  Thank You for the gifts and talents of the people You have put into our life to strengthen our walks with You.  We appreciate and love you Father.  We ask all of this in Your Holy and Precious Name - AMEN.

Please stay safe and STRONG  out there today, tomorrow and always.

Always remember I am there for you in thought, prayer and action - 24x7.

Have a blessed day and week.
