Charlie Kirk has been assassinated and many people are being respectful, yet many are being nasty or negative over his killing. Did you know God predicted this time? Did you know this time is being close to the return of Christ? 

FIRST THE TIME OF JESUS’ RETURN IS IN TODAY’S NEWS

One recent article in Ladbible claims by an African Pastor (Pastor Joshua Mhlakela), Blind Bulgarian mystic Baba Vanga and the Living Nostradamus point to Sept. 22-23rd. First it is amazing that the three agree, secondly the last two have predicted many things previously right on the money. 

Yes, Scripture does say:  (Mark 13:32)

But of that [exact] day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor theSon [in His humanity], but the Father alone.

And yes: (Matthew 24:11)

Many false prophets will appear and mislead many.

So, we must be careful. However is this the generation that we are talking about?:

2 Timothy 3:1-5  Amplified Bible “Difficult Times Will Come”

3 But understand this, that in the last days dangerous times [of great stress and trouble] will come [difficult days that will be hard to bear]. 2 For people will be lovers of self [narcissistic, self-focused], lovers of money [impelled by greed], boastful, arrogant, revilers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy and profane, 3 [and they will be] unloving [devoid of natural human affection, calloused and inhumane], irreconcilable, malicious gossips, devoid of self-control [intemperate, immoral], brutal, haters of good, 4 traitors, reckless, conceited, lovers of [sensual] pleasure rather than lovers of God, 5 holding to a form of [outward] godliness (religion), although they have denied its power [for their conduct nullifies their claim of faith]. Avoid such people and keep far away from them.

I believe that you can take each detail above and check the boxes, so to speak. YES, we ARE living in this generation!

And the next Scripture, people smarter than me call it “The Great Shaking Out”. Remember we are to judge Christians by their fruit, that is how they act. Likewise for those out of Christ.

1 Thessalonians 5 Amplified Bible The Day of the Lord

5 Now as to the [a]times and dates, [b]brothers and sisters, you have no need for anything to be written to you. 2 For you yourselves know perfectly well that the day of the [return of the] Lord is coming just as a thief [comes unexpectedly and suddenly] in the night. 3 While they are saying, “Peace and safety [all is well and secure!]” then [in a moment unforeseen] destruction will come upon them suddenly like labor pains on a woman with child, and they will absolutely not escape [for there will be no way to escape the judgment of the Lord]. 4 But you, [c]believers, [all you who believe in Christ as Savior and acknowledge Him as God’s Son] are not in spiritual darkness [nor held by its power], that the day [of judgment] would overtake you [by surprise] like a thief; 5 for you are all sons of light and sons of day. We do not belong to the night nor to darkness. 6 So then let us not sleep [in spiritual indifference] as the rest [of the world does], but let us keep wide awake [alert and cautious] and let us be sober [self-controlled, calm, and wise]. 7 For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who are drunk get drunk at night. 8 But since we [believers] belong to the day, let us be sober, having put on the breastplate of faith and love, and as a helmet, the hope and confident assurance of salvation. 9 For God has not destined us to [incur His] wrath [that is, He did not select us to condemn us], but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, 10 who died [willingly] for us, so that whether we are awake (alive) or asleep (dead) [at Christ’s appearing], we will live together with Him [sharing eternal life]. 11 Therefore encourage and comfort one another and build up one another, just as you are doing. 

And so, for us Christians the difference is becoming more and more obvious. Charlie Kirks enemies are not afraid to present themselves. HOWEVER, because their leader (the devil) lies to them, they think nothing of it. They are those going to hell, they are the AntiChrists. 

1 John 2:18

Children, it is the last hour [the end of this age]; and just as you heard that the antichrist is coming [the one who will oppose Christ and attempt to replace Him], even now many antichrists (false teachers) have appeared, which confirms our belief that it is the last hour.

Personally, I can accept it either way. IF the three witnesses are correct, I pray that I will be lifted up with Jesus in the rapture.

1 Thessalonians 4:17

Then we who are alive and remain [on the earth] will simultaneously be caught up (raptured) together with them [the resurrected ones] in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord!

If the rapture does not come, they will be deemed false prophets and Jesus return at a different time will be the final of the real prophet, God. Now the rapture, as I understand it will be of the church, Those who did not believe will be left behind for the Great Tribulation to the end of time. Here are several Scriptures on that:

Daniel 12:1-4 Amplified Bible The Time of the End

12 “Now at that [end] time Michael, the great [angelic] prince who stands guard over the children of your people, will arise. And there will be a time of distress such as never occurred since there was a nation until that time; but at that time your people, everyone who is found written in the [a]Book [of Life], will be rescued. 2 Many of those who sleep in the dust of the ground will awake (resurrect), these to everlasting life, but some to disgrace and everlasting contempt (abhorrence). 3 Those who are [spiritually] wise will shine brightly like the brightness of the expanse of heaven, and those who lead many to righteousness, [will shine] like the stars forever and ever. 4 But as for you, Daniel, conceal these words and seal up the scroll until the end of time. Many will go back and forth and search anxiously [through the scroll], and knowledge [of the purpose of God as revealed by His prophets] will [greatly] increase.”

Matthew 24:21

For at that time there will be a great tribulation (pressure, distress, oppression), such as has not occurred since the beginning of the world until now, nor ever will [again].

Matthew 24:23

Then if anyone says to you [during the great tribulation], ‘Look! Here is the Christ,’ or ‘There He is,’ do not believe it.

Revelation 7:14

I said to him, “My lord, you know [the answer].” And he said to me, “These are the people who come out of the great tribulation (persecution), and they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb [because of His atoning sacrifice].

So, what does this all mean. Well, it seems like Jesus will take His church home with Him at the rapture and lovingly give those that did not accept Him a second chance. Imagine if you were one of those. All the good people will be gone. You will be stuck with those that said “Wow we were wrong” and those who will rampage and pillage all that is left. Quite a contrast would it not be? Much conflict. The Good News is that now, (apparently) Jesus will have the church to help overlook you while you struggle through those times.

I pray that I have given you something to think about. I know there will be alleged scholars and others who will debate over the last parts. Kindly pick which makes the most Scriptural sense to you.
