What is that item in the picture? It is a leaf plow. It can push leaves as high as itself into piles. When I first bought it my wife said "What a waste of money. What will that ever be good for?" However after the first big job, she had nothing but praise for it. It's not her fault, most of our competitors do not have one, and the ones that do, have no system in place for using one! So she had never seen one work before! You see when you have a system, and the right equipment there is savings for you and it is also easier on the workers. This leaf plow, however would be of little use if we did not have the right commercial equipment to power it. Once again ask your services for a description of their equipment. Is it commercial equipment? Is there enough of a variety for the work you need done to be done right and in a timely manner?
When we do Fall Clean Ups for non-regular customers, our system goes like this:
• Branches and other heavy debris is cleaned up by hand
• Gardens, Mulch Beds, Street Curbs, Decks, Drives and Sidewalks are blown off.
• Your lawn is blown off with Back Pack and Walk Behind Blowers.
• If needed they are assisted with the leaf plow in a systematic line.
• Finally, if needed your lawn is final (close) mowed, and bagged.
This efficient system, leaves your lawn the best for winters worst and your yard looking great! CAUTION many people call us too late. TOO LATE is when the frost starts, leaves stick to the ground, or your grass is so long that leaves stick in with the tall grass.
