This is where our business started, hence the name. We have been growing ever since our start in 2005. Why? Because of service. WE SPEAK CUSTOMER SERVICE. More choices, more service than most of our competitors. We specialize in residential, using smaller, lighter equipment that can turn around in your driveway. Most competitors use over size trucks so they can also do commercial work. They have to back down many drives to turn around. Which do you think is more efficient?
We offer several levels of service that are explained below. Again, we have a system, a system that serves you better. Most of our competitors only system is a route that they have with their big and oversized trucks. 
Unfortunately, this is how some of our competitors driveways look. Here we see lots of ice to skid on.
When you have a driveway as steep as this one, you cannot afford that. It could be a disaster waiting to happen. What if you needed an ambulance, policeman, fire truck etc.? The prospects may not be good. For all our our Steep Drives and as an option on all other drives we spread our Calcium Chloride Ice Melter. It leaves no white stain on the drive. Requires no clean up in the Spring, saving you the cost and trouble. You cannot skid on it like you might sand. It is better for your concrete and for the environment, PLUS it melts better, using less and down to a lower temperature. It is also efficiency in action, again. Our spreaders cost a fraction of those like our competitors use. Compare hundreds of dollars with thousands that they spend. Who do you think picks up the tab? It is always the customer!
SAFETY FIRST In this picture, which was taken to show the tight spots our Jeeps can get into, you will notice something else. There is a person in the passengers seat, while I got out to take the picture. He is there to ensure our safety while operating under all these adverse conditions. At the very least, he (or she) can call for help. Another thing they do is to shovel your garage doors, sidewalks decks etc. if you desire this extra service. Many of our competitors do NOT offer this extra service, nor do they think ahead to the very dangerous conditions that we operate under. An extra set of eyes is always an advantage, particularly when there are children around.
One of our customers said her previous service always operated like he was drunk. None of our people have drinking habits. And again, there is always that extra set of eyes watching them. 
Steep Drive Service
 For customers with Steep Driveways extra service is needed to keep your ability to get in and out safer. It is also well to think about the possibility of emergency vehicles, customers to residential businesses, or nursing aides etc. to get in. This service automatically begins with at a depth of 1" of snow. We start at less if ice. sleet, freezing rain or rain makes snow heavier. Tell us what time you normally leave in the morning and what time you normally come home at night and we will try to be there before you do! For a bigger storm this is important to you. For small storms, we may only need to come once. 
We automatically spread ice melter on an as needed basis for these customers.  This is based temperatures and weather conditions at your property. This may include a pre-ice melter service for certain storms. 
Some people with Special Medical Needs or at home businesses may want to have this service for their drives although they may not be steep.
Standard Service - For customers with fairly flat driveways that normal service will handle. This service automatically begins with a depth 
of 2" of snow. Service is provided beginning near the end of the storm. If accumulation is more than 8" we reserve the right to come every 8" and / or charge 
accordingly. You may order Standard Service with an optional (deeper) depth. There is 5% surcharge for each extra inch you request up to a maximum of 8".
If you have a gravel drive This service is provided at depths beginning at 3" automatically. There is an extra charge for putting on plow shoes for the gravel drives.
This prevents the plow from taking away excess gravel, particularly when the gravel is soft. Unfortunately, most of our competitors do not use or will take the time to
use plow shoes. This is another advantage of using a service with safety in mind.

Will Call Service - For customers who normally clear their own snow. There are several restrictions for this service. These are NOT the 'bread and butter
customers who support our business, year-round or season through. THIS IS THE ONLY SERVICE THAT IS NOT AUTOMATIC. You must call first for service for 
each time.
• A 24 hr notice is required to be on our Standard Routes - if you call the day before the storm we will automatically guarantee you a spot on our Standard
Route. All others may expect service AFTER we have finished with our regular routes.
• There is a 20% surcharge over our regular estimates for this service EXCEPT for our season long mowing customers.
• Snow Depth charges are the same as above for Standard Service.
THINGS WE DO RIGHT
This picture shows us pushing back snow banks. A good plowing service has many 
things they do to do the job right. Here are a few of ours:
• As snow banks build up, we push them back so there will be room for snow with
 the next storm. You never know when that may come.
• We plow out mailboxes, the mail man loves us and you will too! It takes only an 
extra minute or so.
• We have warning lights on our trucks to keep us safe and to warn others that 
we are there doing something dangerous.
• We use these lights only when plowing. That's the law. You would not think so looking around at some people.
• We avoid pushing your snow across the street. This can make a hazard for traffic which you could be liable for!
• If somehow we do push snow into the street, it is properly cleaned up, better than the road around it. 
This keeps the liability off of Y-O-U !
• Most of the time, if you open your garage doors when we come, we will back blade the snow out of your garage way.
• AFTER ROUTE AND NEXT DAY TOUCH UPS ARE FREE! While we do not have time to wait for you to clean off and 
move cars, after we finish our routes or the next day, we provide touch up service at no additional charge. It can be
 for a car that was in the way, the results of the town plow, or just something that you thought we missed.
All you have to do is to call!
• EMERGENCIES AND CHANGES ARE NO PROBLEM! If have an emergency and have to get out, just call. We try to 
always forward our phones to a live voice. If you are a Steep Drive Customer and have a change in your schedule.

• If you are a mowing customer and have a sudden need for a snow plowing, just call. We already have a relationship with you!
